The promotion starts on March 28, 2025 and ends on NBA FINAL, (Philippine Time).
During the event period, all registered users can participate in the event to accumulate the pesos.

Note 1: If invitees create multiple teams to join the private contest, only one team can be selected to possibly get lucky draw. Note 2: If the total cumulative pesos of the TOP 3 participants exceed that of the 4th-ranked participant, the bonus reward will not be distributed.
Only NBA contests will be considered valid 'Pesos' and eligible for event rewards; all other contests will be invalid.
All prizes and rewards will be distributed after the event, by June 30, 2025 (Philippine Time).
If users have the same Pesos ( same ranking ), the prize will be evenly distributed no matter what ranking the users are at.
The player should be over the age of 21 and verified KYC in Daily Fantasy to be eligible for this promotion.
During the promotion, only the private contest in the Daily Fantasy platform will be validated as qualified Pesos.
According to the Philippine law, under section 24 of the tax code, prizes and other winnings are subject to a final tax at the rate of 20%, except prizes amounting to P10,000.00 or less which shall be subject to regular tax, and winnings amounting to P10,000.00 or less from… The actual amount of cash prizes will be given after deducting 20% tax.
Players must meet the eligibility criteria to join the event. This includes but is not limited to age, residency, and compliance with local laws. Employees of Daily Fantasy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
If a player is found—through valid evidence or system detection—to have participated in the event improperly or used multiple accounts, they will lose their eligibility for the event, and any prizes obtained will be reclaimed. In cases of serious violations, Daily Fantasy reserves the right to take further actions, including account restrictions, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and AMSL laws in the Philippines.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any entries should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
Participants who win the rewards will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy and will be announced after.
Winners will be notified through email or notification in the Daily Fantasy app with the details of the prize redemption after the complete winners’ list announcement has been made.
To accept the prizes, the winners must submit a valid ID for verification and provide a complete shipping address for prize shipment within 30 days of the overall winners’ list announcement to be announced on both Daily Fantasy’s Facebook page and website every week starting March 28, 2025 every Monday until June 22, 2025. The Complete winners announcement will be announced by June 26, 2025.
In the event that a prize remains unclaimed 30 days after the end of the promotion period, the forfeited prizes then either be awarded to another participant chosen or use it for future campaigns at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Daily Fantasy and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
If the originally scheduled sports matches or games for the event are unexpectedly postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, official changes, or force majeure, the event contests in the game for the affected day will be replaced or cancelled with alternative games as determined by Daily Fantasy's official decision.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect players' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
By participating in the event, the players agree to allow their players IDs, and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. Daily Fantasy ensures that all personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late participants, and any updates or changes can be found on the official fan page.
