EVENT RULES

The promotion starts on March 6, 2025 and ends on the last NBA Final Game Date, 2025, (Philippine Time).
During the event period, all registered user can participate in the event with special NBA contests.
The NBA contests will appear either on coin-entry contest or ruby-entry contest.
The NBA contests will have diverse rewards based on the contest name. The reward will directly show on the contest name.
All the rewards will be distributed within 3 days upon the contest completion.
Each user can have only one team to claim the reward in each NBA contest with a special contest name.
Only NBA contests with special contest names are eligible for the reward. Other contests without the special name will not qualify for the reward.
If users have the same ranking, the prize will be evenly distributed.
According to the Philippine law, under section 24 of the tax code, prizes and other winnings are subject to a final tax at the rate of 20%, except prizes amounting to P10,000.00 or less which shall be subject to regular tax, and winnings amounting to P10,000.00 or less from… The actual amount of cash prizes will be given after deducting 20% tax.
Players must meet the eligibility criteria to join the event. This includes but is not limited to age, residency, and compliance with local laws. Employees of Daily Fantasy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
If a player is found—through valid evidence or system detection—to have participated in the event improperly or used multiple accounts, they will lose their eligibility for the event, and any prizes obtained will be reclaimed. In cases of serious violations, Daily Fantasy reserves the right to take further actions, including account restrictions, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and AMSL laws in the Philippines.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any entries should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
Participants who win the rewards will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy and will be announced after.
Winners will be notified through email or notification in the Daily Fantasy app after the prizes have been distributed.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Daily Fantasy and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
If the originally scheduled sports matches or games for the event are unexpectedly postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, official changes, or force majeure, the event contests in the game for the affected day will be replaced or cancelled with alternative games as determined by Daily Fantasy's official decision.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect players' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
By participating in the event, the players agree to allow their players IDs, and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. Daily Fantasy ensures that all personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late participants, and any updates or changes can be found on the official fan page.
