The player should be over the age of 21 and verified KYC in Daily Fantasy to be eligible for this promotion.
During the promotion, only the NBA basketball matches with coin entry fee in the Daily Fantasy platform will be validated as qualified points.
Players can enter multiple coin-based events for a chance to be the top player of the week and not limited to topping number 1 rank only once during the whole promotion period.
If a tie persists, the following methods in chronological order will be applied to determined the ultimate winner:

。The player whose lineup includes the highest single-scoring player wins;
。If still tied, the player with the highest team captain score wins;
。If still tied, the player with the highest team vice captain score wins;
。If still tied, the player with the highest combined scores for the point guard and shooting guard wins;
。If still tied, the player with the highest combined scores for the power forward, small forward, and center wins.
All prizes are non-transferrable and not exchangeable and/or convertible to cash, cash advance, or any kind.
If the specified prize sneakers are sold out, the reward will be replaced with sneakers of equivalent value. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy's official team.
Players must meet the eligibility criteria to join the event. This includes but is not limited to age, residency, and compliance with local laws. Employees of Daily Fantasy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
If a player is reported with evidence that they joined the event improperly or through multiple accounts, their eligibility for the event and rewards will be revoked. Any rewards obtained during the event period will be reclaimed.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any entries should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
Top players and lucky draw winners will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy and will be announced after.
Winners will be notified through email or notification in the Daily Fantasy app with the details of the prize redemption after the complete winners’ list announcement has been made.
To accept the prizes, the winners must submit a valid ID for verification and provide a complete shipping address for prize shipment within 30 days of the overall winners’ list announcement to be announced on both Daily Fantasy’s Facebook page and website every week starting January 10, 2025 every Monday until February 28, 2025. The Complete winners announcement will be announced on March 3, 2025.
In the event that a prize remains unclaimed 30 days after the end of the promotion period, the forfeited prizes then either be awarded to another participant chosen or use it for future campaigns at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Daily Fantasy and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
If the originally scheduled NBA games for the event are unexpectedly postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, official changes, or force majeure, the event contests in the game for the affected day will be replaced with alternative games as determined by Daily Fantasy's official decision.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect players' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
By participating in the event, the players agree to allow their players IDs, and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. Daily Fantasy ensures that all personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late participants, and any updates or changes can be found on the official fan page.
