‍Haaland scored his 100th goal for City in just his 105th game, which is crazy in itself. He opened the scoring last week against Arsenal and will be one of the key players to watch out for this weekend.

2. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

Mohamed Salah continues to be Liverpool’s target man in front of goal. He has had somewhat of a slow start to the season but gets better as the season progresses.

Despite this, the Egyptian has 3 goals and 4 assists to his name and will be eager to add more in matchweek 6.

3. Jhon Durán (Aston Villa)

Few would have been able to recognize Jon Durán before he joined Aston Villa. But the Colombian has caught the attention of everyone with his game sense and eye for goal.

The 20-year-old is the joint third-highest scorer in the league with 4 goals to his name and is one of the key players to watch out for.

4. Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea)

Many questions were raised about Nicolas Jackson’s ability to score goals after his disappointing 2023–24 season for Chelsea.

However, things have really turned around for the Senegalese forward this time around. He has scored 4 goals, including a brace last week in a 3-0 win for Chelsea against West Ham.

5. Matthijs de Ligt (Manchester United)

Matthijs de Ligt has really transformed Manchester United’s defense since joining them from Bayern Munich. United were lacking quality in their back after selling French World Cup winner Raphael Varane.

‍De Ligt has been solid defensively along with Lisandro Martinez, with Manchester United keeping back-to-back clean sheets against Southampton and Crystal Palace respectfully.
